Dynamic Runner is a SaaS platform built for performance-driven teams who need to move fast without losing visibility. Their product was sharp, their user base was growing, and their team was exceptional. But their website told a different story, cluttered, dated, and failing to communicate the one thing that made them different.

They came to Flexis with a clear mandate: rebuild the website from the ground up, sharpen the messaging, and create a digital presence that finally matched the quality of the product behind it.

THE CHALLENGE

The core problem wasn't aesthetic, it was strategic. Dynamic Runner's website was trying to say everything at once, which meant it wasn't saying anything clearly. Visitors were landing on the homepage and leaving without understanding what the platform actually did, who it was for, or why it was better than the alternatives.

The hero section led with features instead of outcomes. Visitors saw what the product did, but never felt why it mattered to them personally.

The site had five different CTAs across the homepage, each competing for attention. Users didn't know where to go next — so most of them didn't go anywhere.

The existing design felt generic — stock photography, safe typography, and a color palette that could have belonged to any SaaS company in any category. Dynamic Runner deserved better.

A person walks along a red path shrouded in fog, creating a mysterious and serene atmosphere.

OUR APPROACH

Before opening Figma, we ran a full discovery phase with the Dynamic Runner team. We mapped their user journey from first touch to trial signup, audited their top five competitors, and conducted a positioning workshop to surface the single most compelling thing Dynamic Runner could own in the market.

The answer: speed without sacrifice. Dynamic Runner's core differentiator was that it made teams faster without adding complexity. That became the strategic lens for everything that followed.

From there we moved into architecture, restructuring the sitemap, simplifying the navigation, and designing a conversion flow that funneled every visitor toward a single, confident CTA: start your free trial.

With structure locked, we moved into full UI design. The visual direction we landed on was bold, kinetic, and precise, reflecting the product's personality and giving Dynamic Runner a look that was unmistakably their own. We built a complete design system in Figma before a single line of Framer code was written.
